Free. 45 minutes plus Q&A, on Zoom. Nothing to buy.
You post. Your regulars tap like. Nobody new walks in.
Every post eats an hour you don't have, so the posting slows.
You've paid for marketing before. You still can't say if it brought in many customers.
The algorithm shows her what she already follows, and national brands have bought up everything else. Your shop down the street never comes up. Bryan will show you how she can find you in a new way.

Hosted by Bryan Calkins, founder of RetailFix. He spends his days in independent shops and answers his own text messages.
Bryan shows you what RetailFix does and what it costs at the end. The 45 minutes before that is the workshop, and it's worth your time whether or not you ever buy anything.
Because feeds stopped showing people what's near them. They show people what they already follow, and national brands have bought up most of what's left. Facebook's Andromeda system, Google's push on Business Profiles and its Local Services ads have all moved the ground under local shops in the last couple of years. Bryan starts there, because it isn't your photography and it isn't you.
Proximity. It's why local radio and highway billboards still work: they reach people already near the thing being sold. Your shop has that advantage and your posting doesn't use it. The workshop is about getting your shop in front of the people already on your street, in your own words and your own video.
It's built for independent shops with a door. Apparel, beauty, home, gifts, stationery, children's: anything people want to see and touch before they buy. If you sell batteries and printer ink, online wins that and this won't change it.
Register anyway. The session is recorded, but come live if you can. That's where Bryan works on your own product link and answers your questions.
A link to something you sell, so you can drop it in the chat. Bryan builds real posts from the links people bring, live.
You don't need one. Use a link to something you stock on the brand's own site, or a listing for an event you're part of. Either one has the photos and words to build a post from.
That's the reason the workshop exists: a week of posts in one sitting instead of an hour a post. And shops that join as founders get a free setup call, so RetailFix does the setup with you rather than handing you a login and wishing you luck.
Neither are most of the shop owners Bryan works with. Everything in the workshop is a link, a screen and a button, and he does it on screen in front of you rather than describing it.
It writes a first draft from a link you give it, using the photos and words already on that page: nothing stock, nothing invented. You read it, change what you want, and nothing goes out until you say so. It sounds like your shop because you have the last word.
That's the part most advertising can't answer. Bryan covers how RetailFix ends at your own register instead: a shopper claims an offer, you scan it at the counter, and your Square register reports it back. Visits you can count, not reach you have to believe.
The workshop is free and there's nothing to buy to attend. Bryan covers pricing at the end, including the founder rate, which shops joining now keep for five years. There are only 50 founder spots.
Yes, if you start now. Come to the next session and you have the whole run-up working for you, instead of trying to fix your posting in December.
